Our goat is rich and full of flavour. Perfect in a slow cooked curry. Massaman and Rogan Josh are the current favourites. 1 to 1.5hours on low heat will deliver an incredible meal.

We recommend dividing it up as soon as you receive it and pop it straight in the freezer while you enjoy your fresh meat, and defrost it when you’re ready.
